Qualified structures’ obligations and disciplinary actions
A qualified company must comply with certain obligations defined by the OPQIBI.
The contractor must notably :
comply with the OPQIBI rules of conduct, and ensure that these rules are also respected by employees,
inform the OPQIBI of any significant change likely to affecter the qualification,
use the OPQIBI qualification and logo, in accordance with a reference graphics charter.
In the event of non-compliance with any of these obligations, or of non-compliant conduct, the qualified contractor may be issued a warning, or the qualification may be suspended or totally or partially withdrawn.
